How to use our site

How to order:

If it’s your first time on our website, the first thing you need to do is register an account. Once you have done that, you can start shopping.

If you have already registered, you simply need to log in to your account.

We have divided the food into categories, but you can also shop for products from specific producers.

You can select products by adding them to your basket.

When you have finished your shop, click on “Checkout” to be taken to a secure page where you can process payment.


About the order deadline:

We ask that you process your order online by 9am on a Tuesday morning.

This allows us to liaise with producers, put your shop together and arrange for it to be delivered to you on the Thursday (or Friday / Saturday for holiday cottages).


About delivery:

Your shop will be delivered to your door-step on the Thursday after you processed your order (providing you processed it by 9am on Tuesday morning).

We have a number of delivery routes – so when you order your first delivery, we will arrange which time suits you along the route in your area.

We will deliver your food in a sturdy, reusable box that keeps the food both cool and safe – so that if you happen to be out, it’s not a problem.

If you’d like us to tuck the box(es) away out of sight when we deliver, please let us know when you process your order.

Next time we deliver to you, we will pick up the empty boxes from your previous order – so if you’re not home, it’s helpful if you leave them out for us!
