Mrs Temples Cheese
Mrs Temple offers a range of delicious cheeses, with flavours and textures to make your cheese board irresistible. Based in Wighton in Norfolk, Catherine Temple makes cheese following the tried-and-tested methods handed down to her by her mother and grandmother. This handmade cows milk cheese has become famous across Norfolk and Suffolk – with varieties including Binham Blue, Great Walsingham, Melton (a mozzarella made from cows' milk) and a Dutch Edam-style called Warham. The milk comes from the family's own herd, so is as genuinely Norfolk as you can get. If you haven’t yet sampled some of Mrs Temples Cheeses, you are most certainly in for a treat!
